for Effective Leadership

Our Emerging Leaders Program (ELW) is designed to help new supervisors and team leads become more effective, confident, and successful leaders in today’s rapidly changing environment.

Working alongside world-class faculty, participants will gain insight into their own leadership style and how it impacts their team and the organization as a whole, while acquiring practical tools and techniques in time management, effective communication, employee engagement, virtual team collaboration, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and more. With the knowledge and skills gained, they will be able to lead with greater clarity and purpose, creating an environment where their employees can thrive.

Thank you!"
