You can make a payment online by Credit Card, mailing a check, Purchase Order, or an SF-182 form:

Payment
Payment is due prior to the start of the program. The tuition price covers program instruction, course materials, and supplies.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Substitutions
You have up to 12 months to defer your program admission to a different date. Applicants will receive a full refund for the tuition if they withdraw 30 calendar days prior to the start of the program. Substitutions are permitted at any time without penalty.
Disclaimer: All programs are subject to cancellation. If a program is cancelled, GW CEPL will work with applicants individually to ensure a full refund on deferral to another program.
Interest-Free Payment Plan
The professional certificate programs offer an interest-free payment plan for the executive education programs, where the tuition price is greater than or equal to $3,600. The payment plan is structured in the following manner:
