About the Emerging Coach Series: The eCo Series
The Emerging Coach Series (eCo Series) is focused on supporting the new coach in their journey of learning, growing, and community building. The launching packet features eight sessions with our coaching program alumni and friends who bring in a coaching tool that they have found helpful in their work. The community will then experiment and reflect on ways in which they can apply the tool in their own work. The space is also open to those curious about coaching who might want to explore and learn more about this path.
Registration is free and open to the public.
Mentor Coaching
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines Mentor Coaching as providing professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency demanded by the desired credential level sought by a coach‐applicant (mentee). Furthermore, Mentor Coaching means an applicant (mentee) being coached on their coaching skills rather than coaching on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of an applicant’s coaching skill. Coaching Supervision
Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients. Coaching Supervision focuses on the development of the coach’s capacity through offering a richer and broader opportunity for support and development.
