One Humanity Lab Regeneration and Resilience Circle
Rising to Meet the Call of Our Times

One Humanity Lab Regeneration & Resilience Circle is a six-session series designed to support individuals deeply impacted by government structure changes. As part of the One Humanity Lab, this program embraces the language of wholeness and creativity, drawing on multiple ways of knowing, the wisdom of nature, and the arts to guide transformation.

In this Circle, we will harness the power of presence, somatic awareness, and inquiry to gain clarity on how we respond to the call of our times and the changes in our careers and lives. Together, we will explore what needs healing, reconnect with our inner resilience, and tap into deep wisdom. Along the way, participants may also discover the possibility of coaching as a fulfilling career path, where these practices can be used to support others on their own journeys. As we move forward into the future, we’ll embrace renewal and growth with openness and creativity.

Circle methodology is an ancient practice that fosters inquiry, sharing, and learning within the community. By sharpening our attention on our inner experience, we become more fully present in the moment. From this state of presence, we cultivate creative, adaptive responses to deep change.

Practicing inquiry within the circle provides a time of significant reflection, transformation, and vulnerability, helping participants discover inner resilience to meet the demands of this transformative time.
