I believe in life by design. We live our best lives when we do so with awareness and intent. Just as I help others to improve how they show up, I never stop doing the same for myself.
Coaching is an extraordinary means of developing oneself. Through the partnership with their coach, the client can achieve and sustain behaviors and outcomes sought. When we are clear on what we want to achieve and have the sacred space of working with a coach, the client’s capacity to grow are limitless.
Personal Note
When not working, Betsy loves to spend time with her husband Chris and their family (including spoiling their first grandchild) their rescue pups and traveling the world to explore, experience and appreciate different cultures and people.
Betsy is married (almost 40years!) to her husband Chris, and together they have 2 wonderful, thoughtful and creative children and a bunch of dog and grand-pup rescues!
