Willair is an intuitive being in all that he does. He brings all that he is to his work with leaders, teams, organizations, and communities. Along with his wife and sons, Kiskeiano Consulting is the platform that he uses to be of service not only in the United States, but also internationally – currently in Haiti and Grenada. We are curating trips to other countries such as Panama, Columbia, and countries in Africa

I am still adjusting to my current work mode as a consultant. It has allowed me time and space to do more of what I enjoyed in my personal and social life. I share Yoga sessions with my wife in the morning and usually get back on the mat in the afternoon after a walk. We also find the time to spend weeks at a time with our grandchildren. And most gratifying is our ability to live-out our Nomadic experience as well as expending the time we enjoy in our Ancestral lands - Grenada and Haiti
