Leadership Skills for Career Growth and Transition
Stepping into a new leadership role or career path requires shifting from technical expertise to strategic leadership. Sessions will cover time management, employee engagement, managing others, virtual team collaboration, and more —essential skills for leaders at any stage of their career.
