Global Women’s Leadership Program
Strategies for Accelerating
Impact, Influence and Advancement
Propel your career forward with this live interactive executive leadership program presented online by the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. Designed for women leaders in the private and public sectors who aspire to positions of greater influence and impact or have been identified as high-potential in their organizations, this breakthrough program will provide new strategies and tactics for you to take the lead and succeed at higher levels.
While gender diversity is recognized as a hallmark of the most successful organizations, studies - including “Women Rising: The Unseen Barriers” reported in HBR* - reveal that gender bias continues to exist in most organizations. This program provides participants with transformational communication skills, executive presence, and powerful leadership strategies while transforming mindset and behaviors that may hold women back from both contributing fully and moving up in the organization. In the midst of a global pandemic, women leaders have been recognized for their positive outcomes from Covid-19 more than most male-led countries. The program identifies the leadership skills shown by these women leaders and many others who have exceeded all expectations.

“It’s probably safe to say, most of us were skeptical of this course being virtual…but you proved us wrong. You brought new concepts and unique perspectives that challenged me and those I engaged with during the breakout sessions and networking hour. I have taken so many leadership training classes and I must admit, I’ve gained the most out of yours.”
“I really appreciate that this course focuses on women executive leaders; so few courses do and as demonstrated by our discussions, we deal with some common issues that men do not have to worry about.”
“Broadened my thinking about future opportunities…opened my eyes to needed traits to grow professionally. In addition, taught me methods to improve my current skill-set.”
“This is a great course to take prior to executive/supervisory role and beyond. It will provide you with a new prospective to address your growth plan and managerial actions.”
“This is an interactive program that provides leadership skills on being the best that you can be in leading people; very inspiring.”
“The peer-to-peer discussions were really helpful in thinking through challenges and in fleshing out vision. The program offered great, practical ideas for how to portray myself as a confident leader.”
