Executives frequently cite Ann’s decades of deep knowledge of leadership, multicultural experience, STEM experience, international experience, academic and corporate experience, results-oriented, empathic, and heart-centered approach as key reasons why she is so often retained as an executive coach and advisor. Ann is the author of several book chapters and is an international professional keynote speaker and the creator of Transformation Leadership Solutions as well as Peace Leadership Solutions. She is a 20+ year veteran of working with corporations and academia and has been an executive coach since the early days of coaching (2005).
As a leadership coach, Ann is particularly skilled at coaching and advising C-Suite leadership, coaching successful senior executives who are moving into a major new role, coaching executives around other transitions including intercultural issues, and leading the charge on global change initiatives. Through a calm, grounding, highly intuitive and insightful presence, Ann is able to teach senior executives how to maximize their presence and consistently excel in high stakes leadership and global decision-making.
