Ms. Paris Perrault's exceptional service career spans three decades in senior management positions with government and private sector organizations. She has served in various roles; Director of Career and Technical Education and Senior Project Director for Workforce Development and Training, Vice President of Training and Development, and Director of Customer Care in private industry.  Associate Director of State Initiatives and Associate Director of Workforce Development- Policy and Performance within District Government. Ms. Perrault also served as Adjunct Instructor and Faculty, Program Designer, and Course Content Creator in the post-secondary education space. Early career roles, Ms. Perrault served as a Clinical Counselor, Career Transition Coach, and Economic Development Project Manager within federal and state government. 

Currently, Paris partners and collaborates with GW’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership as a Leadership Mentor Coach and Senior Fellow. She has coached and mentored many leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs now leading in various organizations and government agencies.

As a trauma informed leader, Ms. Perrault leads with an approach of compassion for wholeness and well-being, and empathy. She is often requested as a guest speaker, presenter and facilitator at universities, companies, community-based organizations, workshops and seminars on topics of leadership development, leading and navigating change through crisis, organizational change and innovation, leading multi-generation work teams, whole-person and team coaching; guiding individuals and groups to navigate change and personal growth. Her clients are professionals at every career level from CEOs to emerging leaders, retirees and entrepreneurs, new graduates and seasoned learners. Ms. Perrault leads her own coaching and consulting company working with individuals and groups seeking change. Her approach begins with deep inner work to expand outward to uplift others. Paris is a curator of safe spaces to support psychological safety; encouraging creativity and dreaming to blaze new ways of being.

Paris is a native of San Diego California. She has lived in the US and Europe and considers herself a global citizen caring and connecting communities wherever she can contribute. Paris and her husband reside in North Carolina with their favorite Golden Doodle, Benji. She enjoys travel to any smooth jazz festival destination. Paris's hobby of twenty years is genealogy research for family, friends and private clients finding great joy connecting current lives to the ancestors.
