Emerging Leaders Workshop

Being promoted to a higher level of responsibility means you must move beyond technical expertise and rely on and utilize management and leadership skills.
In GW’s Emerging Leaders Workshop, participants get the chance to observe and reflect on their personal leadership experience, values, and contribution as leaders and supervisors. They will clarify where they are putting their energy and efforts as members of a team and the larger system, and identify some developmental goals and strategies to enhance their leadership competencies.

Professional Development Units (PDUs): Upon successful completion of the 2-day program, participants receive 2.0 CEUs and 12 CPEs (Field of Study: Business Management and Organization). In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 50 minutes equals 1 CPE.
