Thomas A. Brandt is an accomplished public sector executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in enterprise risk management, strategic planning, organizational performance, and government transformation. He has held senior executive roles at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where he helped organizations strengthen governance, manage risk, and improve performance.

Most recently, Brandt served as Director of Planning & Risk and Chief Risk Officer for FRTIB, overseeing enterprise risk management, strategic planning, performance management, and organizational change initiatives. Prior to FRTIB, he established and led the IRS's enterprise risk management program and served as Head of the OECD's Tax Administration Unit in Paris.

Brandt is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and a recipient of the Association of Federal Enterprise Risk Management's ERM Hall of Fame Award. He holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from SUNY Geneseo.
