Senior Leader Program

GW-CEPL is committed to building a 21st century federal executive corps, and our Senior Leader Program (SLP) provides the opportunity for executives in high demand to invest in continuing professional development while balancing commitments already in place. Our SLP covers the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM's) Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and meets the required 80-hour interagency training requirement, focusing specifically on higher-level competencies. The opportunity allows you to learn more about common and emerging leadership and management issues while developing strategies for effective change.
