Kateryna Pyatybratova, MBA, is a strategic growth and business development leader dedicated to expanding cutting-edge leadership development initiatives through partnerships and innovation. With a sharp focus on scaling impact, she drives collaborations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, positioning the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership and the College of Professional Studies as a leader in leadership development and executive education.

With over 15 years of experience, Kateryna has led high-impact initiatives in contract and grant writing, business development, and managing complex, multi-tiered training programs for leaders at all levels. She has played a key role in building and executing transformational leadership programs, forging alliances with government agencies, private foundations, and associations. In addition to her work in partnerships, Kateryna directs the nationally recognized Cafritz Awards Program, celebrating excellence in public service within the District of Columbia Government. Her leadership continues to highlight and elevate those who drive innovation and impact in the nation’s capital.
