As an executive leader, Gail served aerospace & defense, financial service, educational and consulting organizations (2,000 to 116,000 employees) leading Organization Capability, Leadership & Learning and HR teams. Gail is committed to building internal capability to sustain learning over time. She made key contributions to a range of strategic initiatives that enhanced organizational capability (e.g., building a high performance leadership culture, strengthening cross-functional team performance; upgrading competitive advantage through talent and customer focus strategies; advancing technology).

Gail’s own executive experience enriches her ability to work with leaders individually and collectively to engage today’s complexity and change. She has a proven track record working with teams to achieve optimal performance and impact. Her approach includes leveraging team intention, alignment, and commitment; executing integrated solutions that become self-sustaining; deploying individual & team coaching in parallel to realize intentional, creative change.
