Tiffany Larios is the Program Coordinator at the George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership (GW CEPL). In this role, she leads the planning and execution of the Calvin Cafritz Awards, overseeing all aspects of logistics and operations to honor excellence in public service across the District of Columbia government.

Tiffany brings a strong background in large-scale event coordination, with experience managing logistics for major festivals and public events across North Texas. Her work has involved coordinating complex operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful execution in fast-paced environments. She is passionate about creating organized, high-impact experiences that not only run efficiently but also foster meaningful connections and celebrate community leadership.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature with a concentration in Spanish from the University of Texas at Dallas. Tiffany is deeply committed to advancing GW CEPL’s mission of developing effective, values-driven leaders through thoughtfully designed and well-executed programming. In her free time, Tiffany volunteers with the Smithsonian at the National Museum of the American Latino, supporting efforts to elevate and preserve Latino history and culture.
