Strategic planning, project/program management, facilitation, organizational development, executive coaching, consulting, management of focus groups, team building, evaluation and assessment, course design & delivery, and the design and implementation of leader development, training and career management systems.

Ms. Jackson has more than 30 years of federal experience with the Department of Defense, the Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Transportation in supervision, management, and the design, development and implementation of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development systems and programs.  She has held the following positions:  Director, Associate Director, Training Officer, Training Director, Branch Chief, Personnel Management Specialist, Leadership Development Specialist, Classification Specialist, and Employee Relations Specialist. 
Ms. Jackson is also the President of LCJ & Associates, LLC, a Maryland consulting firm that provides strategic planning, training and development, program management and organizational consulting to both the public and private sector.    
Ms. Jackson is a Senior Fellow at the GWU Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, where she also serves as the Faculty Director for the Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) at the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). 
Ms. Jackson is also a certified Coach: Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment Suite December 2010; Leadership Circle Profile Certification The Leadership Circle November 2014; Design Thinking Experience Point April 2013; Novation’s Talent Development trainer, Myers-Briggs trainer and a Managing Future Search Conferences trainer
