Kimberly Stietz is the founder Mindful Transformations, LLC, a leadership and life coaching service that seeks to empower high performers, change makers, and spiritual seekers to live more mindfully. Prior to founding Mindful Transformations, Ms. Stietz practiced business and human rights law at Covington & Burling, LLP for seven years. Ms. Stietz also has experience in international development, the federal government, and the non-profit sector.
Ms. Stietz received her undergraduate degree from Luther College in “The Politics and Religion of Development” and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2024 she completed her training as an Executive Leadership Coach through George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership. She is a Reiki Master and also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s two-year teacher training program.
Ms. Stietz loves the outdoors, yoga, cooking, baking, and traveling the world. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her two children, and her dog, Ms. Lily.
