Anne Stills is the Founder + CEO of Smashing Daily, LLC, a global image consulting and personal branding firm established in 2014 in New York City. Her firm’s core focus is image management, personal branding, and signature style consulting. She caters to ambitious modern professionals who place great importance on projecting a powerful, authentic personal brand image and aspire to become dynamic communicators- leading with confidence and impact. 

Anne’s journey into personal branding, image, and style began as a stylist in some best-in- class stores, including Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus. She was exposed to and worked with high society ladies, celebrities, and senior-level executive professionals. She became their go-to advisor for their wardrobe needs because of her fashion sense and ability to interpret and create their unique style. 

She has 20 + years of corporate experience in executive sales, marketing, and training in the airline, hospitality, and financial service industries. Leveraging her extensive corporate background, she delivers deep value to her clients and guides them to elevate their communication and leadership skills and to define and refine their visual brand image. She grooms today’s executives and tomorrow’s rising stars to create a unique, memorable, and sustainable personal brand by leveraging the principles of image management. 

As a member of the prestigious International Association of Image Consultants (AICI), Anne was president of the New York Chapter from 2017-2020. She did a remarkable job directing the global association in branding the organization by creating a visibility campaign, “What is An Image Consultant and What Do We Do?” She also served as Editor-in-Chief of AICI Global quarterly digital magazine from 2020-2022. 

A native New Yorker, global citizen, and former flight attendant, she enjoys traveling the world. An unabashed Francophile, she has traveled to Paris twice a year since 2012. In addition to her passion for the museums and architecture there, she loves to visit during the annual celebrations of Fete des vendanges and Nuit Blanche. 

Anne studied the language of fashion and communication at the Fashion Institute of Technology in the Advertising and Communications curriculum. As a lifelong learner, she continues to advance her knowledge. She received certificates in Image Management from FIT; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida; Starting Your Lean Business from Columbia University Business School; and Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
