After working with federal civil servants for decades, Ms. Joan Wangler believes that "civil servants deliver America's dream." Ms. Wangler is best known for her award-winning work designing, developing and facilitating the Creative Learning Group Coaching Initiative at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center and the Transformational Leadership Conversations at the Environmental Protection Agency. 


In particular, she is known for her collaboration with Dr. PM Forni, author of Choosing Civility and Dr. Judith Glaser, author of Conversational Intelligence. 


In 2012 the Training Officers Consortium gave her the Spencer Logan Award for her outstanding contributions to the federal learning community. 


In 1998 after two decades of designing and delivering leadership workshops for many sectors, Ms. Wangler became a Master Certified Coach, the work that provides the greatest source of joy and learning for her clients.
