Eric is passionate about his work as a “wingman” leadership coach, specializing in supporting executives and other leaders who are ready to propel their leadership performance and outcomes to new heights, empowered by a deep sense of purpose. As a former U.S. Air Force colonel and fighter pilot now certified by the International Coaching Federation, Eric “flies” alongside clients who are committed to improving their performance as “flight leads” in their organizations and communities.
Eric has accumulated his own leadership experience in the military, as a federal government civilian, and in private industry, along with more than 5,000 flying hours in jet aircraft of multiple kinds. He has also earned a Doctor of Education degree in Human and Organizational Learning from the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at The George Washington University. His dissertation research focused on how coaching can transform individual and team performance, and organizational culture.

Dr. Eric Jorgensen is a former US Air Force colonel and fighter pilot, who is now an ICF-certified leadership coach. He specializes in supporting executives and others who want to be thriving, extraordinary leaders in their engagements with others.
