Custom Program for the Food and Drug Administration

The Food and Drug Administration asked us to tailor our standardized Senior Leader Program to meet the requirements of their Leadership Development Program (LDP) for GS 13-15s. By linking together several of the offerings on our GSA schedule, we were able to meet their specific training needs. A residential component enabled the participants to build a network of relationships across the internal boundaries of FDA centers. We designed and delivered the LDP Orientation and Mentor Training Session, at which participants and their SES mentors met for the first time and began to develop their mentoring contract in support of the participants' learning goals.
