Custom Program for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives asked the Center to develop a session on Change Leadership as part of their Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program. The session challenged participants to develop a change plan to implement one of the strategic priorities identified in the Bureau's Strategic Plan.  Small groups, applied various change models to their chosen strategic priority.  At the end of the session, each group shared their recommendations and reflected on how to apply the change models to their specific work community.
