Powerful Conversations: Communicating for Breakthrough Results
This highly interactive 3-day workshop presented by Chalmers Brothers, author of Language and the Pursuit of Happiness provides leaders at all levels with a powerful new way of understanding and framing the “actual actions” required of successful leaders. It also provides a set of very concrete, practical tools you can begin using immediately to improve workplace relationships, engagement, culture and operational execution. Using individual, pairs and small-group exercises, the workshop introduces a thought-provoking new “lens” through which to view the drivers of organizational performance, which include:
- Our language and conversations
- Our moods/emotions
- Our physical bodies
Target Audience: Middle and senior managers in public, private and non-profit sectors who are responsible for cultivating productive workplace relationships, improving employee engagement, shaping organizational culture and driving the consistent achievement of tangible results.
