Our Emerging Leaders Program (ELW) is designed to help new supervisors and team leads become more effective, confident, and successful leaders in today’s rapidly changing environment.

Working alongside world-class faculty, participants will gain insight into their own leadership style and how it impacts their team and the organization as a whole, while acquiring practical tools and techniques in time management, effective communication, employee engagement, virtual team collaboration, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and more. "I was thrilled with this program – so much is immediately applicable to my team. I think it’s a better workshop than [many of] our internal offerings at Kaiser Permanente and I am going to recommend it to other colleagues!
Thank you!"
