This program opened in me a new way to understand the process of coaching. Coaching is much more than technique; coaching is a way of being, relating, and serving the client (and the planet!) for deep growth and flourishing.

The e-Co Leadership Coaching program was fulfilling and transformative on so many levels. I've grown as a person and as a leader while also learning the nuts and bolts of effective coaching technique. I am already having success with mission-driven, social benefit clients ready for change.

This program is life-changing. Far beyond ICF credentialing the integrity shown towards immersive, transformational learning through the capacities of the e-Co Coaching model provided a foundation in leadership coaching I feel confident in.

The greatest gift was witnessing my own transformation during the learning journey. It was physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. I gained deeper understanding and clarity of my personal purpose in serving others individually, and as a collective force for positive change and greater good for humanity.

The program structure, faculty, and participants were all uniquely aligned in a way that will allow my coaching practice to serve through deep listening, action learning, and most importantly, using the heart.
