Title:
Executive Coach
After an adventurous career in theatre and in the training and development of performers, I am now a leadership coach. My specialty lies in helping people develop embodied leadership qualities, such as flexibility, collaboration, communication skills and creative thinking.

My coaching is integral because I meet clients as whole persons. With permission, we touch simultaneously upon several aspects of their working life, including bits that may have been left out to address challenges and develop new competencies. Through an individualized coaching program, the client develops a new way of being: one that has them act in ways that are more effective and useful, with enhanced capacity for self-generation and self-correction. The ultimate goal is for the client to become competent in a way that allows them to work towards their objectives in an ongoing and sustainable way.

I am certified as an integral coach by the ICF-accredited New Venture West School, of which faculty I am now an adjunct member. In addition, I am a fellow at the Washington DC Center for Consciousness Studies, where I focus on the connection between mindfulness, leadership and well-being.

Before moving to Washington DC, I lived in the United Kingdom and in Norway, where I was born. I am a classically trained actor, with a MA in Movement Studies from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London (UK) and I have performed for 15 years in theatres in Europe.
